George Buchanan Architects was commissioned by AS Homes to develop new housetypes for their new sister company Briar Homes.  These stylish new homes are being showcased at their flagship development at Calderpark Gardens in Broomhouse, Glasgow.

 
7 new housetypes were developed comprising 3 & 4 bed detached villas of varying sizes.
 
Following an extensive consultation process with Glasgow City Council Planning Department, consent was granted in December 2017.
 
Work on site commenced January 2018.
