Planning has been approved for a new residential development of 36 new affordable properties at Clifford Street on the site of the former Bellahouston Academy Annexe. The project is currently on site.

The development will incorporate a number of fully accessible properties, amenity space and cycle provision. This low parking development aims to encourage sustainable transport choices and reallocates parking spaces to green amenity space, benefitting residents and the wider locality.
